  • Rates and Billing

    • Hourly Rate: $100/hour (2-hour minimum).

    • Materials: Charged separately, with an itemized list provided in your invoice.

    To get the most value, I recommend providing me with a list of tasks so I can tackle multiple projects during a visit.

    Sometimes things just can’t wait. For after-hours or urgent requests, I offer emergency services at a rate of $200/hour, with no hour minimum. While I don’t advertise specific emergency services, feel free to reach out if you’re in a bind. If I can help, I will—and if not, I’ll do my best to recommend someone who can.

  • I offer services ranging from minor repairs and installations to major renovations. If you don’t see your desired project here, just ask! As a starting point, here are some services I’ve provided in the past:

    • Kitchen/bathroom leak investigation and repair

  • Little Pika Home Repair is fully insured, and all work comes with a one year workmanship warranty.

  • At Little Pika Repairs, I aim to keep things simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

    Once I have all the details, I’ll provide a rough quote or estimate. If we both agree, I’ll schedule the job and confirm the scope in writing. If the scope changes significantly at any point whether in cost of materials or time, I’ll communicate this with you first prior to proceeding.

    • Payment Methods: I use Square, so you can pay conveniently by card after the work is completed.

    • Invoices: You’ll receive an itemized invoice for both labor and materials upon completion of the project.

    • Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

After college I found a career in nonprofit human services while simultaneously discovering a love for home maintenance and renovations.
